LAUNDRY SERVICE

Laundry will be returned by 6 pm (same day) if it is turned in by 9 am

COST IS 95 BAHT PER KILO - MINIMUM IS 1/2 KILO

While the utmost care is exercised by CC's Hideaway, we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the laundry, pressing process, loss of buttons, ornaments, or anything left in pockets. All items are accepted by the hotel at the owner's risk.
In the unfortunate event that damage due to an accident by the laundry service, a maximum of 5 times the value of the laundry pressing charges will be reimbursed, provided a claim is lodged within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note that we do not accept dry cleaning fabrics. We would be happy to arrange for another company to clean these items.
