Please use the safe in your room for securing your valuables. In- structions on how to set your own personal code are located in the safe.
If you need a towel for the beach feel free to use the towels located next to the pool. We ask that you please remember to bring the towels back to CC’s.
If you wish to arrange for an extended stay please speak to our manager who will provide you with a special long-term rate.
If you have difficulty speaking to any staff member – please contact our General Manager or Guest Service Manager so we can provide you with excellent service.
Be sure to negotiate prices with tuk-tuk and taxi drivers before getting into their vehicle. This is good to do with street vendors as well.
We have no joiner fees - a paying guest can have an overnight guest of theirs stay for free. All we ask is that your guest registers at the front desk. Please do not hang clothes out in public areas or on your railings. If you purchase food or beverages from outside of CC’s we welcome you to consume them in your room or patio.
No glassware in the pool please.
We please ask you not to smoke in your room, howeveryou are wel- come to smoke on your patio. If it is discovered that there has- beensmoking in your room we will charge a 10,000 baht fee to do a deep cleaning of theroom.
Hotel Damage Policies:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay, whether it is accidental or due to negligence. This includes damage to the room, furniture, fixtures, and any hotel facilities.
Any damage to or excessive staining of linens, towels, or other soft furnishings beyond normal use will result in a replacement or cleaning fee. This includes, but is not limited to: Irremovable stains caused by makeup, hair dye, ink, food, beverages, or any other substances; tearing, ripping, or cutting of fabric; damage from misuse, such as using towels for cleaning purposes other than personal hygiene.
